The TAATIQ Method
The Trust Layer
The method does not try to be an AI governance framework. It asks whether an organization should be doing this at all, and what questions to carry into its governance. The organization's own framework takes over from there.
Should we do this at all?
What are we trying to achieve, for whom?
What risks and conditions must we surface before proceeding?
How exactly do we govern it?
How do we assess, approve and document it?
How do we monitor, control and handle incidents?
Six checks
Principles
Checked at Assess, set up at Implement, reviewed at Quantify. Compatible with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 23894 and the OECD AI Principles; the method does not imply certification or compliance with any of them.
Every trust read is made against applicable legal, regulatory and organizational requirements, because organizations often hold themselves to stricter rules than the law requires. The Core is universal; an overlay is Jurisdiction × Sector × Organization, assessed with qualified local counsel. The method does not provide legal advice.
The Neutrality Principle
The method recommends the best path for the business, not the best commercial outcome for TAATIQ or for any partner delivering it. A stop is a complete result. Where TAATIQ or a partner sells a relevant product, it is named with its price beside at least one alternative, after the outcome has been reached.
The Do Nothing baseline
Most technology discussions ask what the intervention will cost. TAATIQ asks first what doing nothing costs. Every decision sits beside the cost of inaction over the next twelve months, on one page.
