The TAATIQ Method

Six principles

The rules every run of the method follows.

Problem before technology.

The work opens with what customers and staff experience, never with what a tool can do.

Evidence before opinion.

Claims are distinguished from what was counted, observed, reported or remains unknown. Counts, consequences and lived experience outweigh whoever speaks loudest.

Value before investment.

Materiality is established before any option is priced. The cost of doing nothing sits beside every choice.

Humans before automation.

Automate is a choice made with eyes open. Assist is the default when trust or data is thin.

Measurement before scale.

No pilot starts without a baseline, two metrics and a review date. A stop is a legitimate result.

No is a useful outcome.

A good methodology does not always produce a technology recommendation. Not AI and Fix First come with a plan.
