The TAATIQ Method
Evidence base and standards
The method is informed by established research and practice in human-centred design, product discovery, strategy, responsible technology and experimentation: the Design Council's Double Diamond, Pragmatic Institute's market-first discipline, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001 and the OECD AI Principles, lean experimentation and innovation accounting.
How we hold ourselves to account
- Every number is labelled: counted, observed, reported or unknown. An exposure estimate is never called a saving.
- Every rule passes its specified invariants and regression cases before it reaches you, and every result carries the version it was produced under.
- The Signal Check is a starting hypothesis, not an organizational diagnosis. A deeper depth can overturn it; the result says so.
- Results are published as counted figures with their source and period, or not at all.
