The AI Opportunity Canvas and the Opportunity Card
The Signal Check is the front door. The canvas is the working engine: twelve blocks on one page that a practitioner can run a session from alone. The Signal Check drafts the first eight blocks as hypotheses; facilitated depths complete and confirm them. The Opportunity Card is the atomic unit: one business problem, one evidence base, one decision, one next action. An individual has cards, a team has cards, an enterprise's portfolio is cards.
